World's Noblemen

Jews, the most persecuted people in the world, find salvation in the Albanian lands during World War The Second. The cult of Besa, hospitability and inter-religious tolerance become a myth for the protection of people who granted civilization to the world. The persecuted Jewish families are sheltered in Albanian families, protecting them with their lives. The Holocaust Museum in Yad Vashem, today honors the descendants of many Albanian families who helped Jews, with the prize "World's Noblemen".
