Based on Erica Fischer's bestseller, this war drama tells the true story of two women during WW2; Felice Schragenheim, a Jewish woman who assumed a false name and who belongs to an underground organization, and Lilly Wust, a married mother of four children, unsatisfied with her husband. The two met in 1943 and at some point became lovers, re-naming themselves Aimée and Jaguar to help avoid detection. The pair set up home together but their idyll is shattered when Felice's real identity is discovered by the Gestapo and they arrest her. Years later, still living in Berlin, Lilly Wust told her remarkable story to writer Erica Fischer.
