This documentary tells of Zinbe Hardaga, the first Moslem to be awarded the title “Righteous Among the Nations” and members of the Kavilio family, Jewish survivors who found shelter from the Nazis in her home. 50 years after the WWII, with the outbreak of war in the Balkans, the Kavilio family with the help of Yad-Vashem, the Joint and the Israeli Government, enabled Hardaga, her daughter Sara, son-in-law and little granddaughter, Stella, to escape. A year after arriving in Israel, at the age of 76, Zinbe died. She was buried in a Jewish cemetery. Her daughter Sara, son-in-law and granddaughter Stella converted to Judaism. The film accompanies Sara on roots visits to Serbia where she meets with her family and tries to understand the things that happened to their family. The film was aired on Israel Channel 1 on the eve of the International Day of Remembrance for the Holocaust, 27th January 2008.
