Through the story of Eyal, an Israeli Mossad Agent, this Israeli drama deals with the Holocaust, Israeli-Palestinian conflict, homosexuality, collective memory and Israel – Germany relations. Eyal, second generation to the Holocaust, is given a mission by his operators to gather information on the location of an aging German Nazi, Alfred Himmelman. His mission requires befriending the two grandchildren of Himmelman; Pia a volunteer in a Kibbutz and Axel her brother who comes to visit her in Israel. In the course of implementing his mission, Eyal goes through a transformation. His intransigent perception softens and he learns to cope with the personal loss. Winner of two “Ofir” prizes.
