Nowhere In Africa

Based on the autobiographical best-selling novel by Stefanie Zweig (1995), "Nowhere in Africa" focuses on the family's sense of loss, their gradual adjustment to Africa, and their ultimate attachment for this country. Beautifully shot, the film captures the sweeping vastness of the savannahs of Africa. Winner of the Best Foreign Language prize at the 2003 Oscars and five German Film Awards.
