Kinder Exodus 1939

Movies
Documentary film that presents testimonies by those who were children in the Kindertransport, a rescue operation for children from the Nazi terror which took place a short time before the outbreak of World War II. Around 10,000 children, mostly Jews, were sent from countries under German rule to adoptive families and hostels in Great Britain. Only a few were fortunate to meet their parents again at the end of the war. Testimonies, and archival films and photographs.
