Rosa Luxemburg

Based on historical research and letters, this docudrama by director Margarethe von Trotta (who inherited the project from the late Rainer Werner Fassbinder) relates the life and times of Rosa Luxemburg, a Marxist, one of the founders of the Polish Socialist party and a leader in the German Social Democratic party (SPD) who advocated an anti-colonialist and Anti-capitalist stances on the issues of her day.
