Anne Frank - The Whole Story (2001)

Based on Melissa Mueller biography of Anne Frank (1999) and on an original research by the film producer Kirk Ellis, this television drama tells of Anne Frank complete story, including the occurrences after her arrest and references to 5 pages missing in the original version of the famed diary. The story that begins with the Family Frank life in Amsterdam before the Nazi occupation, continues to the tensions and distress of leaving in hiding, and then for the time on screen, describes the rest of Anne Frank’s short life; arrest, detention at transit camp of Westerbork, deportation to Auschwitz, separated from her father and final relocation to Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, where Anne and sister Margot died of typhus.
