Episode 11 - "Red Star - The Soviet Union 1941-1943": story of the Soviet Union's war against the Nazis and in particularly the extended siege of Leningrad. In the city of 3 million residents, around 200,000 are killed by German bombardment, and another 630,000 die as a result of starvation or cold, but remarkably, it succeeds not only to survive but also to defeat the Nazis.
