Little America - The Flourishing and Destruction of the Jewish Community in Mezritch

Documentary film that deals with the history of the Jews of Mezricz, a town north of Lublin, Poland. The film tells about the lives of the Jews in the town before the war and during it, the cultural and educational life, welfare institutions, Zionist activity, trade and the brush manufacturing industry, the Nazi occupation and the liberation. The film is presented by Micha Friedman and Efraim Sidon. Includes archival films and testimonies of survivors.
