A short film. Boris Smolkin , an Honored Artist of Russia, reads a poem written by Alexey Tkachenko. The poem is based on the events in the ghetto in the city of Glubokoe in Belarus. All the names from the poem are taken from documentary archives. The literary hero of the poem tells about how fascists mock and kill local residents. In hus poem Tkachenko rferse to the murder of city residents by fascists.
The film uses paintings by Belarusian artists on the theme of the ghetto, such as Vitaly Dudarenko, Ilya Kleiner and Yuri Крупенков.
