Letters and postcards to Ziga and Ditta Koranic in Spalato (Split) from members of the Koranic family in Nova Gradiska, 1942-1943 Notes from David Keren, who submitted the material: Ziga Sygmund Koranic was born in Nova Gradiska, Yugoslavia, 1900 (?); he was graduated from Vienna University; in 1941 he escaped to Spalato; his wife and two children (one of them is David Keren, born in 1935) remained in Zagreb; they escaped to Spalato later with help from a family friend, Ivan Antunac (later recognized as a Righteous Among the Nations).
