- Circular sent by the Centralverein - CV to its regional branches, regarding coats for the Deutsche Arbeitsfront - DAF, according to which the coats are no longer considered as being uniforms for the DAF organization and, as such, there are no longer any restrictions regarding the production or sale of the coats (pp. 2050-2051);
- Circular sent by the publicity department of the Centralverein - CV to all of the association's regional branches and clerks, including an advertisement for the Rosh Hashana issue of the "C.V. - Zeitung" newspaper (pp. 2052-2054).
