Deportation to Suceava, 1941; life [in Suceava] including residence in the synagogue; transfer to Transnistria; life in Transnistria including the confiscation of their belongings; transfer to Mogilev Podolski via Atachi; life in Mogilev Podolski including overcrowding, hunger, stealing of food by children and a typhus epidemic; death of his parents from typhus, 1942; death of two siblings from typhus, 1942; placed in an orphanage along with his younger brother; move to the home of his aunts in Murafa; life in Murafa including hunger; release from Transnistria with help from the JDC, late 1943.
Move back to Romania; aliya to Eretz Israel, 1944; life in Eretz Israel; finds the graves of his family members in the cemetery in Mogilev Podolski; brings the remains of his relatives to Israel for burial.
