Her childhood in Nowogrodek in a traditional family; attends a Polish high school; move to Poland for studies in a nursing school.
Outbreak of the war, 1939; escape back to Nowogrodek; life under Soviet occupation including work in a hospital; outbreak of the war between Germany and the Soviet Union, June 1941; German Army occupation of Nowogrodek; deportation to the Nowogrodek Ghetto; Nowogrodek Ghetto life including labor in a workshop; decision by her husband, who is a physician, and several other physicians to escape; escape with help from a Jewish acquaintance, 01 January 1943; arrival to a Christian farmer; meets partisans in a forest, from the Bielski group; joins the partisans including the implementation of exploding railroad trains; life in the forest until the liberation, summer 1944.
Move to Germany; her husband's work as a physician for the US Army; aliya to Israel, May 1948.
