Outbreak of the war, 1939; deportation to the Lodz Ghetto; Lodz Ghetto life including labor in workshops; distribution of food; "Aktion" against children; arrival of Jewish refugees from Germany; lack of knowledge regarding [the fate of] the Jews in camps; liquidation of the ghetto, summer 1944; deportation to Auschwitz with her sister; camp life including shortage of food and water; morbidity, acts of abuse and forced labor; murder of Jews by Ukrainian guards using an axe; meets POWs; [receives] food from POWs; transfer to Stutthof; camp life; transfer to Groden; camp life; transfer to Chinow; camp life; transfer to Gotendorf; life in Gotendorf; liberation by the Red Army. Hospitalization in a hospital; joins aliya training; aliya to Israel, 1948.
