German Army occupation of Lodz; capture of young people for forced labor; labor in a group of tailors sewing uniforms for Wehrmacht men, after Pesach; Lodz Ghetto life including hunger and labor in a bakery; receives payment from the Germans using valueless money; leaving of dead people at home in order to receive their food; transfer of charcoals to a sick mother; evacuation of the ghetto; deportation to Auschwitz; several people remain in the ghetto in order to clean it; liberation.
