Outbreak of the war, 1940; occupation of France; German Army occupation of Tunis, November 1942; German officers live in her [family's] building; air-raids; her brother hides in a dental clinic where he worked; witness goes out every day with food for her brother; life under German occupation including the shortage of food and termination of studies; entry of the Allied forces to Tunis, May 1943.
Life without antisemitism; aliya to Israel with her parents, 1952.
