Her father is a Zionist and Communist; aliya of her father to Eretz Israel, 1920s; her father's move back to Poland due to malaria illness.
Participation in the defense of Warsaw, 1939; illegally crosses the border to Bialystok; return of her mother to Lodz in order to equip herself with belongings; volunteering for labor in Stolka [?] camp; her mother sends a letter to Stalin regarding the hunger; receipt of letters from her grandfather in Poland; escape from the camp to Kumy [Komi], Ukraine; German Army occupation of Kumy, 1941; escape to Uzbekistan; her father's work as a bookkeeper in the N.K.V.D.; move to a Sovkhoz in Ukraine, 1944.
Move back to Waldenburg, 1945; joins the Hashomer Hatzair movement; illegal aliya attempt on the "Shear Yishuv" ship; detention in Cyprus; aliya to Israel, 1949; life on Kibbutz Sha'ar HaGolan.
