German Army occupation, March 1941; anti-Jewish decrees; yellow badge; draft of her father to forced labor; difficulty in earning a livelihood; help from a Bulgarian family who cared for the children and also protected them; deportation orders to concentration point in a synagogue with the rest of the Jews, 10 March 1943; march to the train station; [cancelling of the deportation order and] release [to their home]; assistance from the Nikolov family; care for the children; receiving food; safeguarding from danger; liberation by the Red Army, 1944.
Return of her father, summer 1944; aliya to Israel on the ship "Kefalos", 1948.
