Deportation of his parents and three younger siblings to Kamenets Podolski and their murder, 27-28 August 1941; deportation of Yehuda and his two older siblings to the Tlranaz school in Budapest; return to Nove Zamky, October 1941; deportation to children's homes in Budapest; life in children's homes, April-October 1944; deportation to the Budapest Ghetto, October 1944; liberation, 18 January 1945.
Transfer to Hashomer Hatzair children's homes in Germany; life in children's homes in Germany, 1946-1948; aliya to Eretz Israel, April 1948.
