Election of her father to the Judenrat, March 1944; leaving their home by her family; transfer to the Hagadush family (Catholics) using a false identity; family stays for two months; escape of the family to Bucharest in a group of 19 Polish refugees with help from a professional smuggler, July 1944.
Sets sail for Eretz Israel on the ship, "Boulbul", from Constanta with help from the Jewish Agency; rescue after the ship breaks up early in the voyage; transfer to Istanbul by train with help from the Joint Distribution Committee; from there to Haifa, 1944.
