Deportation of the family to a village that was like a concentration camp, May 1943; obligation to wear a button with a Star of David; deportation to the Pleven labor camp with other Jews, after approximately three months; liberation. Return to a Jewish school, while the parents are taken to work or to the partisans, after the war joining a youth movement and aliya of the family to Israel.
