German occupation, 1939; forced labor in Chorzele; destruction of the synagogue and community institutions; volunteering to work for pay; confiscation of valuables; yellow badge; deportation to the Makow Ghetto, November 1941; residence in the synagogue; labor outside the ghetto in the Nowa Wies camp; liquidation of the ghetto, November 1942; transfer to the Mlava Ghetto; deportation of family to Treblinka; from there after a few days to Auschwitz in a cattle car; selection; life in Birkenau; receives number 80388; labor in clearing bodies; transfer to Auschwitz, Block A7; labor in the building Kommando; smuggling gold out of the camp; improvement in living conditions; labor in the bread storeroom; death march to Mauthausen, January 1945; registration; transfer to the Melk camp; from there to the Ebensee camp; excavation of the mountain to build factories; liberation by the US Army. Move to a villa in Nonantola, Italy; unsuccessful aliya attempt to Eretz Israel on the ship "Kaf Gimel Yordey Hasira", 1946; detention in Cyprus, camp 55; aliya to Eretz Israel, December, 1946.
