Soviet occupation; nationalization of her family's factory; German occupation; robbery of their property by Lithuanians; murder of her brother; deportation to the Siauliai Ghetto; Siauliai Ghetto life; labor in the airfield and in a leather factory; "Aktion" against children and elderly people with the approach of the Red Army; construction of a bunker in a room; deportation to Stutthof in railroad cars; camp life; transfer to Guttau; life in Guttau; labor digging anti-tank trenches before the liberation; finds a hiding place while hidden by a Polish village woman; liberation by the Red Army, the next day.
Meets a Jewish [Red Army] officer; receives help from Russian soldiers; move to Bialystok; return to Siauliai; life in Siauliai; finds jewelry in the kitchen stove; receives help from emissaries from Eretz Israel in the issuing of forged documents; move to Germany; aliya to Eretz Israel using a certificate, 1947.
