Deportation to Giado, 1942; transfer to San Felice, Italy and confinement in a monastery due to her family's British citizenship; deportation to Hannover camp; transfer to Bergen-Belsen, 1944; liberation in Liebenau. Return to Benghazi via France and Portugal, 1945; riots by the Moslems; aliya to Israel via Tripoli, 1949.
