Deportation order from Lunca De Jos, 1940; escape to Budapest with her mother and siblings; transfer to the Magdolna refugee camp, transfer to the Szabolcs refugee camp; transfer to an orphanage for Jewish girls; German occupation, 1944; Germans take over the girls' orphanage building; transfer of the girls to the boys' orphanage; changing the orphanage into a Red Cross protected house; deportation of her mother to the Telga-Telep camp; deportation of Jews to Auschwitz; her sister's life using a false identity; Arrow Cross men break into the protected house; transfer by forced march including murder of children; rescue by Jewish youth wearing Arrow Cross uniforms; life with her sister in a cellar without food or water; injury of her brother during an air-raid; liberation by the Red Army.
