Testimony of Martin Mozes, born in Viisoara, Romania, 1920, regarding his experiences at forced labor in the Campeni region, Turda, Alba Iulia and Sibiu From a religious family. Iron Guard rise to power, 1933; robbery of property; slanderous songs against the Jews in the streets; drafted to forced labor, June 1941; forced labor paving roads, in a quarry and working on the railroad in the Campeni region; transfer to labor as an orderly in a hospital in Turda; escape with his mother and sister; air raids en route; help from local residents, Jews and Romanians; transfer to Alba Iulia; transfer to Sibiu; liberation by the Red Army, September 1944. Return home; aliya to Israel, 1950.
