Life in Velky Kazimir before the war; Orthodox religious family.
Attempts to illegally cross the border into Hungary, from 1942; life in Budapest until 1944; deportation of her father to forced labor; placed in a Swedish protected house by her mother; disappearance of her mother; escape of her father and he joins the Soviet partisans; reunion of the family.
Move to Kosice with her family, 1945; life in Kosice; preparations for aliya to Eretz Israel by the Hamizrachi party; move to Italy; aliya to Israel on the "Atzmaut" ship, July 1949.
