German occupation, 1939; confiscation of valuables; leaves her family's home because the home is on streets where Jews are banned to live; transfer to Rozprza because of the Germans' need for her father; receives knowledge regarding the deportation of the Jews of Piotrkow; 1942; concentration of the Jews in a square; escape with her mother and brother to a hiding place that her grandfather had prepared; deportation to Piotrkow Ghetto with her family, 1942; deportation of her mother to Skarzysko Kamienna; transfer of her mother to forced labor in Czestochowa; liquidation of the ghetto, 1944; deportation to Ravensbrueck with women and children, with help from the Jewish police; camp life; administration of the camp by German female inmates; approach of the Red Army; evacuation of the camp; transfer to Bergen-Belsen; camp life; liberation by the British Army, 15 April 1945.
Move by the Red Cross organization to Sweden with children; life in convalescence places; return to Poland, 1948; aliya to Israel on the "Galilah" ship, 1950.
