Anti-Jewish restrictions including the closure of businesses; deportation of men to forced labor; yellow badge; deportation with the Jews to outlying towns; transfer to Lom; life in Lom in detention; labor in a mine; escape to his grandfather in Ihtiman, with the help of bribery; end of the war.
Return to Sofia; aliya to Israel, 1948.
