Life under Hungarian rule, 1939; German occupation, 1944; deportation to the Wishov Ghetto; help from non-Jewish neighbors; deportation to Auschwitz; selection and transfer to Block 12, the death block; escapes; joins a transport to Stutthof; forced agricultural labor on a farm in Praust, in the vicinity of Danzig; transfer to Putzig on foot; liberation by the Red Army, 1945.
Help from the Red Cross; return to Viseul De Jos; move to the Bergen-Belsen DP camp until 1947; life in aliya training; aliya to Eretz Israel from Marseilles on the ship, Providence", 1947.
