Detention with her family members and their deportation to Vel’-d'Hiv, 1942; release; escape to Champagney; life in hiding while hidden by Lucie Berthe Morin, later recognized as a Righteous Among the Nations; transit order to Argenteuil; life in hiding without her parents while hidden by Mme. Marie; liberation of France, 1944. Her family's return to Paris; help from UNRRA and the JDC organization; placed in an orphanage in Andresy with help from the OSE; rehabilitation of her life after the war; aliya to Israel, 1961.
