Air-raid on Antwerp, May 1940; escape of the family to Lille; German occupation; return to Antwerp; disappearance of her mother and siblings; reunion of the family, November 1941; transfer to Sierck, August 1942; help from Father Pierre-Marie Benoit, later recognized as a Righteous Among the Nations, to move to San-Martino; German occupation; escape attempt; rescue by Father Raymondo Viala; move of the refugees to monasteries and Italian homes with help from a committee including Rabbi Cassuto; move to a monastery in Florence with her mother; informed on; Father Pierre-Marie Benoit's activities in transferring forged documents to Jewish refugees; conversion to Christianity out of recognition of the truth in Christianity. Aliya to Eretz Israel, 1945; life as a nun in Rome and in Nazareth; return to Judaism.
