Deportation of her siblings to labor camps; German occupation, March 1944; deportation to the Debrecen Ghetto; anti-Jewish legislation including yellow badge; deportation to a brick factory; "Aktions" by Hungarian gendarmes and SS men; deportation to Austria; living quarters in a school; labor in the kitchen of a paint factory; transfer to Strasshof; transfer in the direction of Theresienstadt; British Army air-raids en route to Theresienstadt; escape of the Ukrainian guards; liberation by the Red Army; rape of women by Red Army soldiers. Return to Hungary with help from the Red Cross; Hashomer Hatzair aliya training; unsuccessful aliya attempt to Eretz Israel on the ship, "Knesset Israel", 1946; detention in Cyprus; second aliya attempt, 1947; aliya of her parents, 1967.
