German occupation, 19 March 1944; closure of the family store; labor in a Hungarian factory producing work clothes for the German Army; transfer to a marked house; deportation of the witness' father to a labor camp; her father's escape and return home; deportation to Austria on foot; transfer back to Budapest, November 1944; attempt to convert with help from a Catholic priest; deportation to Ravensbrueck by train; camp life; transfer to Penig; camp life including labor in an aircraft parts factory; German Army retreat, April 1945; liberation by the US Army. Hospitalization in a sanitarium; return to Budapest; marriage; immigration to Colombia; aliya to Israel, 1962.
