Re-annexation to Hungary, 1940; restrictions on the Jews including opening businesses on Shabbat; German occupation, March 1944; deportation to the Satu Mare Ghetto; deportation to Auschwitz; camp life; transfer to Mauthausen; camp life; transfer to Melk; camp life including labor quarrying and pushing railcarts; hospitalization in the infirmary; receives medical treatment from a Greek physician; air-raid; transfer to Amstetten, March 1945; camp life including labor clearing rubble; transfer to Ebensee; camp life including hospitalization in the infirmary; liberation in Ebensee, 05 May 1945. Return to Satu Mare; life in Satu Mare including return of the family property; aliya training with Hanoar Hatzioni; draft into the Army; aliya to Israel, 1956; marriage and starts a family.
