German occupation, March 1944; restrictions on Jews including night curfew, confiscation of the Jewish hospital; cutting off telephones; concentration of Jews in a Jewish neighborhood; life in the neighborhood including listening in secret to the BBC; murder of Jews by Hungarian gendarmes; deportation to a brick factory, late November 1944; transfer to the "Glass House" with help from Raoul Wallenberg; life in the "Glass House" including protection and food from the Swedish embassy; transfer to a Swedish protected house; life there; deportation of Jews from the protected houses; shooting of Jews in the Danube River; liberation by the Red Army, December 1944.
