Outbreak of the war, 1939; re-annexation to Hungary; German occupation; anti-Jewish decrees including yellow badge and deportation to the Reghin Ghetto; deportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau; transfer to Kretinga; camp life including labor in a factory producing uniforms; transfer to Stutthof; camp life including the murder of her mother; death march to Berlin, 1944; liberation by the Red Army. Move to Poland; life in a hostel run by the Jewish Agency and the JDC; marriage; aliya to Israel, 1959.
