German occupation, September 1939; escape attempt to the Soviet Union; deportation to the Wolozyn Ghetto; ghetto life including labor logging trees; escape back to Olzsany, 1941; deportation to Kaunas; camp life including labor paving roads and afterwards in the laundry; transfer to Stutthof, 1943; camp life including labor digging; death march, January 1945; liberation by the Red Army near Berlin, April 1945.
Return to Olszany; move to Germany; marriage; aliya to Israel, 1949.
