From a traditional family; life before the war.
Outbreak of the war; deportation to the Lodz Ghetto, March 1940; ghetto life including labor as a clerk in a children's home; rescue from the "Sperre", curfew in which her sister perished; Judenrat; social life including wedding of a female friend in the ghetto; deportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau with 500 people, 19 August 1944; selection; transfer to Stutthof; death of her mother; transfer to Litomerice with her sister; transfer to Dresden; transfer to Theresienstadt during an air-raid; camp life including diseases; search for her brother; liberation by the Red Army.
Move to the "New Palestine" DP camp near Salzburg with her sister; work for the UNRRA as a clerk; aliya to Israel, 1958.
