Draft of her brother to a labor battalion; arrival of refugees from Poland; cancellation of business licenses, 1942; confiscation of possessions; German occupation, 1944; concentration of the Jews in the local school; deportation to the Mukacevo Ghetto, 1944; deportation to Auschwitz; camp life including labor sorting the clothing of deportees; support of her sisters; her sister's illness; labor making braids from cloth; transfer to Weisswasser, December 1944; camp life including labor in a radio factory; meets POWs in the camp; liberation by the Red Army, 08 May 1945. Return home; wanderings along the aliya routes to Eretz Israel with Bnei Akiva; aliya to Eretz Israel, December 1945; establishment of a kibbutz near Petach Tikva.
