Outbreak of the war, 1939; decrees including confiscation of property and burning of a synagogue; deportation to Kamionka; "Aktion"; finds a hiding place in an attic with her brother; escape; deportation to Annaberg; camp life including labor cleaning; transfer to Neustadt, October 1943; camp life including labor in a weaving factory; transfer to Gruenberg, October 1944; camp life including labor weaving; death march to Guben, winter 1944; transfer to Bergen-Belsen; liberation by the Allied forces. Move to Sweden; travel via Belgium and France in the direction of Eretz Israel; aliya attempt; detention in Cyprus; aliya to Israel, 1948.
