Witness is on vacation in Lublin at the outbreak of the war, 1939; return to Drohobycz about a year later with the help of a German officer; German occupation, 1941; deportation to the Drohobycz Ghetto; in hiding in a stable during an "Aktion"; her fatherโs labor as a sign painter for the Gestapo; move to a camp near Drohobycz with her parents, late 1942; move to a bunker in the forest, December 1943; life in the bunker; capture by the gendarmes and escape, May 1944; liberation by the Red Army, August 1944.
Return to Drohobycz; move to Poland, 1945; aliya to Israel, 1949; absorption.
