Outbreak of the war, 1939; school; witness’s father's work with sawmills; anti-Jewish legislation and yellow badge, January 1944; deportation to the Targu Mares Ghetto, March 1944; deportation to Auschwitz, April 1944; separation from her father; illness of her eldest sister and her murder; transfer to Hochweiler; life in a brick factory and labor digging trenches; meningitis; rescue by the camp commander; transfer to Bergen-Belsen on foot, January 1945; typhus; liberation by the British Army.
Return to Hungary; marriage; aliya to Israel, 1961.
