Outbreak of the war, 1939; escape and return home; deportation to the Lask Ghetto; ghetto life and putting diamonds in teeth; separation from her mother; transfer to the Lodz Ghetto, August 1942; ghetto life and the "Sperre”, curfew Aktion; deportation to Auschwitz, 1944; transfer to Neukoelln, late winter 1944; camp life and labor in a weapons factory; Allied air-raids; death march to Ravensbrueck, early 1945; liberation. Move to Sweden; receives treatment from the Swedish Red Cross; marriage; aliya to Eretz Israel, 1948.
