Soviet occupation, 1939; in hiding to evade deportation to Siberia; German occupation, 1941; deportation to the Cernauti Ghetto; ghetto life; leaves the ghetto; her father's arrest; leaves Romania legally.
Aliya to Eretz Israel, 1944.
