Move to Bari with help from Tito's partisans; life in DP camps under the protection of the British Army and Tito's partisans, from September 1943; move to Carbunari; camp life; move to St. Croce; camp life; return to Sarajevo, 1945; finds her grandparents; her mother's marriage to Gavra Danon; education; aliya to Eretz Israel, 1948; help to support the family; studies and life in the United States; starts a family.
