Outbreak of the war; deportation of his parents to Lodz, 1939; studies in a vocational school; work for the German Army; deportation to the Lodz Ghetto with his family, 1940; detention in a prison; prison life; deportation to Plaszow; camp life including forced labor for the TODT organization; labor for the Banker Schindler Company, 1942; transfer to Mauthausen, 1944; transfer to Linz; camp life including labor in a quarry for the Bauwerke steel company; liberation by the US Army, 1945. Medical treatment; reunion with relatives in Paris, 1946; move to Toulouse, 1947; starts a family; aliya to Israel.
