Soviet occupation; rescue from deportation to Siberia; outbreak of the war, 1941; murder of her father, July 1941; transfer with her mother to her eldest sister's house in the Kaunas Ghetto, October 1941; transfer with her sister to a nearby camp; murder of her mother in the large "Aktion", October 1943; evacuation of the camp, summer 1944; deportation to Stutthof; camp life; transfer to Freudendorf camp; transfer to Leibisch camp; transfer to Bromberg; life in tents in the camp and labor digging trenches; death march to Praust; camp life; liberation by the Red Army. Hospitalization in an improvised hospital; transfer to a hospital in Danzig; return to Poland; move to Bialystok; printing of Ringelblum's memoirs; aliya to Israel, 1957.
